Program Overview

Ophthalmic Practice Transformations is a consulting and training organization that offers the most meticulous program for the independent eye care professional. We are the first and only program that focuses on integrating the art, science, and economics of contact lens care and dry eye treatment. By mastering each of these components, your practice will reach its full potential.

OPT will establish a personal relationship with you and your practice to provide you with the tools necessary to deliver exceptional care, education, and materials to your patients, and earn appropriate compensation. The OPT program is separated into three critical phases that allows us to tailor the most appropriate action plan for your practice. Similar to a comprehensive eye examination, all phases need to be complete before a final practice prescription can be determined.

Prior to enrolling in the OPT Program, we will begin the first phase, which is designed to allow us to get to know you and your practice. After this phase is complete, OPT will be able to provide you with an estimated yearly increase in revenue from contact lens care and dry eye treatment services. Once enrolled, we will start the second phase, which consists of off-site training with you and your staff at the OPT office. The third and final phase consists of on-site training with you and your staff at your practice. After these three phases are complete, OPT will continue to provide you and your staff with ongoing education as well as individualized phone and email consultations.

All information regarding your practice will be kept strictly confidential, and prior to requesting any information, OPT will provide you with a confidentiality agreement.
